On 15 January 2025, Singapore’s clinicians and researchers interested in novel ways to treat neurological and neuropsychiatric disease had the chance to attend an exciting workshop on Non-Invasive Neuromodulation. It was an incredible honor to have Prof. Alvaro Pascual-Leone from Harvard Medical School travel all the way from Boston to Singapore to lead our primer workshop. Our workshop also featured presentations from local clinician scientists – Dr Phem Chern Tor, Dr Teo Wei Peng and Dr Effie Chew, who shared their valuable research and ongoing trials on stroke rehabilitation, cognitive and psychiatric disorders, using various NINM techniques.
